Agreement

By downloading or using Gearlog, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

Gearlog is a personal vehicle maintenance tracking application. You may use it for personal, lawful purposes and may not reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the app or its source code.

Your Data

You are responsible for the accuracy and backup of the records you enter. iCloud sync, exports, and backups are provided to help preserve your data, but Gearlog cannot guarantee against device failure, app deletion, or user error.

Gearlog Pro

Gearlog offers optional App Store subscriptions for Pro features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Vehicle Service Disclaimer

Maintenance records, reminders, recall lookups, and service planning are informational tools. Always consult your owner's manual, recall notices, and qualified service professionals before making maintenance or safety decisions.

Intellectual Property

Gearlog, including its design, code, name, and branding, is owned by Naim Lindsay. All rights reserved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gearlog and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
