Gearlog is a personal vehicle maintenance tracking application. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
All data you enter into Gearlog (vehicles, entries, photos, notes) is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or any other cause.
Gearlog offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Gearlog Pro") through Apple's App Store:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.
Subscription pricing is subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of any pricing changes.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Maintenance records and reminders in the app are for informational purposes only — always consult a qualified mechanic for vehicle service decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gearlog and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss, vehicle damage, or missed service intervals.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
